        Matthew cruickshank was amazing to deal with not pushy 1 bit.. getting all windows and doors replaced. However amazing the sales staff, receptionist, and showroom staff are....everything seems to have come to a grinding halt, understandably there's delays in getting windows and doors and such with the stuff in the world going on...however it just needs atleast some communication to tell customers what's going on how long it's likley to be and such.
