        Very good friendly and helpful staff, good doctors, always help. But if you expect fast service, don't expect to have to wait a few minutes.

        Don't phone after 5pm as it just goes to answer machine despite their website saying practise is open till 6pm. If you can't make an appointment after 5pm it might be worthwhile tidying the opening hours up on the website. It does direct you to an online booking system which you can't use unless you have a registration letter - not very handy!

        Im relatively new to Danestone Medical Practice but Ive been so impressed and thankful for the input Ive had from them since moving GP. On 2 occasions now Ive received a call back same day from very lovely GPs who took time to genuinely listen to my problems and implemented a quick and helpful treatment/management plan. Secretary staff have also been really pleasant and helpful when Ive phoned. Very thankful and relieved to be under the care of such a well ran GP service.

        Dr Patterson is amazing. She's the only doctor I could be truly honest with and she listened to me. She is not patronising at all, I don't know why someone said that in a review. I also like McGrory because he doesn't make me feel uncomfortable and is honest, and Dr Cooper is also wonderful and very empathetic.
