I called on behalf of my son who required medication. I explained the situation to the receptionist, only to be told that MY son hasn't been taking medication because his last prescription was in December. Whoever the receptionist was really needs to get a grip and stop thinking she knows everything. She isn't his doctor nor his parent, therefore, has no clue when his meds are taken or how long they last! Doctors I've had in the past have been nice and helpful just seems to be a constant problem with the receptionist!

I had just moved into the area August last year and was looking for a GP and this one was recommended by a friend. Wow its like night and day compared to my previous GP I had been at for years and I cannot understand why they cant all be the same give the same prompt attention. The same goes for their clinic on Inverurie Road. Thank you everybody.

The reception is a total nightmare they just speak over you and don't listen . Phoned yesterday about getting started on vitamin b12 injections was told it would be January before I could start as I need them 3days that week and told to phone back today to book when I do this I'm told to phone next week as they don't have appointments for January when I question why I was told to phone today the reception told me I iwas wrong need to be a lot nicer to patient's

Got given diagnosis my receptionist telling me I had no fracture on my ankle turned out I had, They are not qualified for this,then I got accused of this being a lie then when I asked for her name to put in a complaint she refused to give me her name and constantly talking over me so I ended up going down to practice to get her name only for her not to come out of hiding so I demanded to talk to practice manager who wouldn't even agree this was so unprofessional, staff are rude on phone & have attitude they need sacked it's as if they are there doing community service the way they treat you & they aren't getting paid for it
