The best dentist we have been to. Russell and co are professional and thorough. It's modern practice up to date technology and they send out appointment reminders.

Working up here away from home, had to use emergency dentist, by far the best dentist I've ever been to, couldn't of been more helpful, talked me through everything, highly recommended

Ive just had to walk out of this dentist practice untreated and in tears. This was an emergency appointment as Ive just moved to the area and the first appointment I have with another practice isnt until august. I didnt catch the name of the dentist but he was so rude and spoke to me and my autistic son so badly I had to ask him to stop and leave. The dental assistant was lovely and seemed to pick up on his attitude so she tried to make small talk while he continued to treat us so badly. Ive never experienced anything like this from a health professional. He didnt allow me to explain what the problem was, he was extremely rough and sliced the bottom of my mouth with the plastic they use for X-rays and when I asked him to stop he insisted I endure the pain. I wanted to let the receptionist know what happened but I was so upset from the experience I couldnt get the words out and had to just leave.
