I got an email from TNT regarding our BRP delivery on the 14th December .11am notifying a Scheduled delivery for that day and I was at work. Saw the delivery man through my door cam. I spoke with him telling him the email came when I was at work and how was I to know he was delivering that day? I rescheduled for the next day and stayed home all through without TNT delivery. The next day I got another scheduled delivery in an email I didnt go to work and waited in vain. The 3rd day I got an scheduled delivery I still stayed home and still waited in vain. Im afraid tomorrow I have to go to work and maybe thats when the will decide to show at the house. This I may say is very unprofessional as you have kept me at home for 3days straight without apologies. Im due to travel and need the BRP delivered.
