        I have been using MAC products for years. I received a faulty palette and returned which was replaced and then received another faulty palette. I have been asked to return both at my cost which I did and after weeks and weeks of waiting for a refund only to be told MAC won't pay for my postage of the return of faulty goods. I think this might be the right time to find another cosmetic company as I've been shocked by such a huge successful company not following similar procedures as other retail companies. So MAC you have lost a loyal customer....

        I was in MAC Union Square just yesterday and was helped by Kai in finding the perfect match of concealer and went out of his way when I asked for advice on touching up my makeup, to help touch up my makeup in the store and provide samples for me to try out too. Excellent service!

        I decided to give MAC a try and went in looking for bronzer, I was dealt with by MJ and it was faultless customer service, I got everything I wanted and more, so knowledgable and really listened to what my likes and dislikes were, took the time to show me how to apply what I was buying and the benefit of each product, I am converted, well done.
