as much as I find the staff lovely and pleasant, I am thankful for having a local shop, but to consign people to make cash only payments for electric and gas top ups is crass, FFS it's 2022 we learned about cash handling, digital payments from the pandemic , if you are scared that people don't have funds on their card then I suggest you take the payment before assigning the credit to their token keys,
if that is not the case and you are avoiding any processing charges then you should consider not offering the service fully
4 pack of heineken was labelled as - 5.25 - rung through the till as 4.50 nae bad
