        I was employed in the kitchen with OSOSCC/OCS to cater Acciona, with an owner full of pie in the sky promises, after working more than 10 days in a row of night shifts I was informed that Ill receive 4 days off. When I came in on Monday was told I was fired for not coming in on a Saturday shift. Not one phone call received, email or message regarding Saturday or my dismissal. End of the week I called the owner and informed him that there was missed payment for my last days of work he refused to pay immediately and, said no less than 3 times and assured me that I will get my money by going through ACAS I will receive my money in about 6 months and he will pay just before court
