Miss H
Office staff are polite and lovely but the cleaners are inexperienced. Had to have them back to the property after the first clean was less than 'complete' and was still left with cobwebs, streaks, dirt and mess. To top it off, the lady in charge of the cleaners argued with my partner and I about the work, left dirt and hair pulled from drain on my counter (and didn't see the issue) was rude and dismissive and couldn't have cared less about the work she was signing off on. They were called back to address specific things they had missed and she wasn't at all interested at doing her job at all.
