        If I could rate this 0 star I would. They again have undervalued our property for the 2nd time. They have ripped us of our money for valuation from here. Don't spend your money here as it will go to waste. Surveyor is not professional she doesn't know how to greet clients. She spent less than 10 minutes in our property and no measurements were taking. Stay away and avoid First surveyor did our valuation back in 2019 and then it didn't sell so had to get a replacement done in 2020 and then they cut rip us off. Now cut us off even more.
