Amazing bargains here Most staff are nice but one regular lady is rather abrasive though I personally have not had her turn on me and frankly there are ruder people in the world.

Wanted to look at some colourful art paints which were locked in the cabinet. The woman working there, not even serving behind the counter said to me... "They are not eye shadows"!! I knew they were not flippin eye shadows! Who on earth would wear colours as bright as those paints! I knew they were an art product, I do art myself. She wasn't even serving me, it was another member of staff, so she should have just minded her own business! Did she think I was simple or something??? This particular woman speaks to customers like they are stupid.

Briliant charity shop full of treasures. Only cririsism is staff follow you around dont feel at all welcome

Reviews about the staff are clapped - disregard as such. Barnardo's is my fav on the Chazza Abs route. Pros - staff staff staff, see lots of comments negative to this? Barnardo's hire adults with learning difficulties (none of which I've had any sort of bad experience with) who are banging chat. David is ace. R.e. other staff they're always trying to be helpful and have a nice chat, worth asking about what there is for sale and how much things are! - the gear, very varied but always positive. Found pretty much every brand of designer for a good price at one point or another - super easy to find what you're looking for Cons - can take time to look through it all and can be a hit and miss for finding what you're looking for - that said I've never been disappointed
