Bon Accord Car Valet

Thought I'd treat my car to a professional full car valet. I Would give zero stars if I could! When I handed over my keys for a full 65 valet, I wondered why the guy kept saying "we do our best". 4 hours later and in a very dimly lit area, I inspected my car. Cat paw prints on the bonnet had not been removed, dirty finger prints on roof above the doors. Weird V shaped scratches all along the edge of the roof on drivers side. The front seat head rests had dog drool stains which had only been wiped with a rag and not scrubbed clean. The front grille on the car had not been washed. All in all a total disaster but he said, "we do our best". I think he used the bucket of water (no jet wash) and rag to clean both the outside and inside very quickly. I gave him 70 and asked for my change and he was not impressed. I told him I'd have to clean it properly myself (and I'm a fit 66 yr old woman). I would have tipped him a tenner if he'd done a proper job. By the way, if he reads this review, baby wet wipes magically remove stains from upholstery (found that hack on YouTube and it works). Next time, I'll go to Splash next to Morrisons which everyone recommends.

Absolutely disgraceful the amount of pressure and harassment I experienced today when I made it VERY clear I ONLY wanted a 23 wash for my car. The wash technician told me that he wouldnt do a good job and that the only way Id get my car clean would be to have a more expensive one. Again I made it clear I only wanted a 23 wash. He again told me that hed only do a good job for the more expensive one. When I reluctantly agreed he then went on to tell me that he would only do a good job for the 45 wash! I felt pressurised and intimidated. This is not the way that customers should be treated. I have used the service in the past and I know there is commission to be made but the technician who served me today has assured that I will never return to use the car wash again. I will not, as a female on my own, be pressurised or intimidated into something I dont want. Your sales technique leaves much to be desired! I do NOT recommend this service at all.

First rate valeting includes free parking. Discounted platinum service was superb. Car like new afterwards.

The work is not professional. I am writing this because my car was scratched. Hood and fender. It is very clear that they were trying to clean the bird droppings. Now you need to paint these details. And this is not a little money! It was noticed immediately, but the car wash was already closed; otherwise, we would have returned immediately. The owner disclaimed responsibility ,and said that his guys didn't wash like that. We could check the recording on the cameras. It's very interesting how you could wash the car like that. I often wash my car at other car washes, but this is the first time I've encountered it. I do not recommend it to anyone!
