When I went in the other day I had to wait for ages before someone would come and show us the car . The guy told us to go outside where the car was and he would come and meet us . We could not find the car we liked outside in the sales area. We walked through all the cars and could not find the car. Then we decided to come back inside. The guy was no where to be seen. We asked the receptionist again. She said he is with another client will be with you shortly. We where there for 1.5 hours before the sales guy showed us the car. I am very disappointed on the service we recieved. There were other guys there but the totally ignored us.

Of course when first time you going to buy a car at any showrooms they will be friendly and helpful its their job and they get paid for that, once you get your car and later if anything to repair then you will tell me if they are helpful or gentle, in an emergency you got breakdown their policy says you need to wait 48hrs for an update on your car even if you know the problem is, me my car got an breakdown from Saturday, a lot of calls but just ignored still waiting for an update, a very bad services and policy

I was very pleased with Alex Hind at Peter Vardy, he helped us on Saturday but was off on Monday when we worked with Mike George and got our new car today! Thanks again to both Mike and Alex.
