Yen stepped in after I was let down by another baker and produced a superbly artistic 70th birthday cake which tasted absolutely delicious! Yen has been an angel!

Yen provided us with the most amazing cake I could have imagined, completely exceeded all of my expectations of what I thought we were going to get based on what we had discussed when ordering the cake. It was also one of the most delicious chocolate cakes we have eaten.

We searched and searched for a Wedding Cake supplier that would do tasters throughout the recent Global Pandemic. A lot of suppliers never got back to us which was especially disappointing given the Aberdeen area. However, Yen Thomson was truly a special find, if you are ever needing someone to do cakes of any kind - she's your woman! Yen doesn't normally do Wedding Cakes, however after hearing our predicament with other suppliers she'd said she would love to help! Not only are her cakes wonderfully appealing to the eyes but they are absolutely delicious! If you haven't already done so, check out her website for some amazingly unique designs and ideas! We gave her our thoughts on what we were looking to incorporate within our cake and she always came back with either exactly what we were looking for or better! Yen, we cannot thank you enough for all the help and effort you put in to designing our wedding cake! Even down to the edible flowers on top. Everything was delicious!
