I found it odd to read the previous review to be honest. I had direct experience of the Agility Management System product through its various incarnations (initially around 2008) as with any product of this nature, issues arise but it was by far one of the most stable of our business applications team had to manage. The team were extremely proactive and helpful with our suggestions to enhance and improve the product or resolve bug fixes or issues when they arose. Perhaps we had the 'luxury' of us being based 20 minutes from the Business Port head office if we ever had an issue with support it was rare. Good product all round with excellent integration with MS SharePoint and the business process mapping and whole document management was most effective
