        Often coaches arrive earlier than expected and dont wait for the scheduled time to take off. Totally unreliable. Additionally, it happens that drivers dont even stop and keep going their way even though theres people waiting

        These guys really saved me. My dad and I went on a tour to Dunnottar via a Stagecoach bus to Stonehaven. I dropped my wallet on the bus and didn't realize I'd left it behind. As soon as we got back, we went to talk to the people at the help desk about it. We came back the next day and talked with Lauren, who went above and beyond trying to help us find it. She called a couple of different depots, and talked to different drivers. When she called Stonehaven, they had it, and she requested it be sent on to Inverness for us, since that's where we were headed. The staff there was just as helpful, and genuinely thrilled for me when I got it back. Fantastic service.
