        I asked the driver for a grasshopper covering A&B zones. I found out after a day of using it he had given me the wrong ticket. This cost me extra money to get back to Aberdeen.

        Not necessarily reviewing the depot itself here but just the company. Really overpriced, half the time buses just turn up as they please, often buses dont turn up at all. I realise this will happen occasionally and it isnt necessarily the drivers fault but it happens so often. Have tried to email and phone multiple times when a bus is 15+ minutes late, always get ignored. Even messaged them once on Twitter to complain and they didnt reply and blocked me so I cant message them again, talk about professional

        Waited for the X27 towards the airport at Skene place, Dyce. Never showed up at the stop, zero information on the website. Took a cab instead.
