Ivory Grace

I had the most wonderful experience at Ivory Grace. Emma was so lovely, reassuring and helpful and was so in tune with that I liked and didn't and what I was looking for. The whole experience was great from start to finish! Emma clearly has a wealth of experience and expertise and made the whole experience a real joy. I can't recommend Ivory Grace highly enough a must visit.

Ivory Grace were amazing. Emma was so helpful from the start when I spoke with them via Instagram. I had been on the hunt for my dream dress that I saw online. Ivory grace stocked the designer but didnt have the dress I wanted to try. Emma went out of her way to contact the designer and had it loaned for me to try on in their Aberdeen store. When I entered the store I saw the dress hanging up and I absolutely fell in LOVE. Emma was so so friendly and made me feel so at ease. They have gone above and beyond for me to ensure I was able to try my dream dress. Forever grateful. Now I cannot wait for March 2023 to arrive so I can pick up my wedding dress

I couldnt have had a more perfect experience at Ivory Grace. From the moment I entered the boutique with my mum, best friend and sister I knew it was going to be a lovely couple of hours! Emma really listened to what I was describing and picked out some incredible dresses which fit the brief perfectly. In fact the first dress she picked out for me is the one I ended up saying yes to! Both Kayleigh and Emma are attentive, funny and professional, and their experience is clear throughout your appointment. In my view they have the perfect balance of letting you and your family/friends discuss the dresses, and offer their opinions when youre not quite sure what you think. They are also excellent at pinning and fitting, so even when a dress sample is several sizes too big you can get a very good idea what it would look like in your size. Thank you both so much again. I am over the moon with my gorgeous dress and cant wait to come back in for fittings! xx

Before even stepping foot in Ivory Grace we had a wonderful experience from Emma. I had reached out via email to confirm whether or not they had Rosa Clara gowns, which ones they had and if they could order any specific samples for us to try. We received a helpful and informative response which was matched by the warm welcome we received from Emma in person when we visited. She even recommended a small nearby cafe where my fiancee and I could take turns at waiting whilst we tried on dresses! I immediately felt at ease with Emma, she listened closely to what I was looking for, then made some perfect dress recommendations that included a mixture of dresses I'd have chosen for myself, plus ones that I wouldn't have thought of for myself but that I really enjoyed trying on. Her advice was perfectly supportive and practical and I she kindly offered to take photos of me as I was trying on the dresses alone. When I had a some second thoughts about my initial dress choice she also kindly facilitated a second dress trying on session and helped me make that difficult final decision. In the end, Emma was able to help both my fiancee and I chose our perfect address, advise us on whether or not the dresses were complimentary (because we didn't want to see each other's dresses to the special day) and ensure that we received our dresses on time even though we working working to a very tight timeline. She also recommended an amazing local seamstress in Orkney who was a specialist in altering wedding dresses. Thank you for all of your help Emma :D
