We attended the Mothers Day massage event, from start to finish it was simply a wonderful experience. Nicola was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable about products & scents, she helped us so much choosing the perfect perfumes all whilst being extremely attentive. Indya also couldnt have been more helpful booking us the event. A wonderful experience for myself and mum, such a lovely Mothers Day treat, well be back very soon!

I'm going to add yet another adverse review. I was underwhelmed by my visit today. Initially I said I did not want either a box or a bag but subsequently asked for a box. I got both and evidently the charge for bag could not be deducted. Perhaps if sales person was less disinterested she might have heard my request. From previous reviews think your staff need refresher customer care I'll be shopping in Glasgow or Edin in future.

Visited on Monday 12th Dec, I was intending to make a purchase anyway but the atmosphere was very awkward even with a few customers in store. Once I decided on my purchases and took them to the till, for some reason it required the two members of staff to put it through and package it up. It felt like two teenagers working there instead of two fully grown adults. Next time Ill make a Jo malone purchase online to save the awkward / judgy atmosphere.

Lovely store. Shopped there every year for my daughters birthday. Visited Tuesday 25th October this year. The two staff on duty never moved from behind desk. Seemed uninterested other than there own conversation. No help offered or advice given. Poor show. Obviously in need of training. Obviously give a return serious thought. Staff on our numerous previous visits have always been helpful and willing to give advice.

Booked an appointment for my friends daughter to choose her wedding scent at Jo Malone Aberdeen. Indya and Patsy George looked after us, they were absolutely fantastic, made us feel very special and couldnt do enough. Made our day! Brilliant customer service guys, well done!
