        Really nice shop friendly helpful staff

        Hair looked great in salon but oh boy the cut proved uneven and far shorter when I got home. Looked like a pot had been put on my head and cut round no shaping at all. The assistants were pleasant but inexperienced in this case. Very expensive even if had been done correctly into a Bob.

        Great products and helpful staff once again I like how The Body Shop offers plenty of products for all skin types. Dry, sensitive, normal, combination - you name it! I came here with the intention of returning a broken product and getting a replacement, which was successful. Not only this, but with the help of a kind staff lady we managed to find a suitable moisturiser for my boyfriend, I like how we were able to try the different moisturisers in store, definitely helped with deciding!
