I have been attending Jelena's Salon for Electrolysis. Jelena is very friendly and professional. She clearly explains the process before starting and also as your treatment progresses. Clearly explains aftercare to you and the do's and don'ts to ensure you get the best from your treatment. Highly reccomend

Jelena welcomed me with open arms to her beautiful & clean salon. My Husband kindly gifted me the microblading treatment as a Christmas Gift (2022) Jelena talked me through every detail of the treatment. I understood clearly. Jelena took her time on the shaping, she suggested a colour shade best to match my skin/hair colour. I couldn't be more happier with the incredible outcome of the microblading outcome. Wow, phibrows! I've been self conscious about my eyebrows for as long as I can remember - they're even wonky in my baby pictures! Most people say eyebrows are sisters and not twins, and I felt like mine might be distant cousins at best. I had a fringe for years so I could hide them, and now I couldn't be more proud to have them out because they look so perfect. Jelena fixes god's accidents with an expert hand, and has the soothing presence of an angel during the entire experience. The process and aftercare is thoroughly explained, easy to follow through on, and if you're concerned about pain then don't be - it's incredibly minimal on the first pass and entirely numb on the second. They look so natural! I'll be wearing my hair up far more often, and I'll definitely be back for retouches when they're needed. Unless I have to move, I'm a client for life, and genuinely cannot sing enough praise for my phibrows experience. Thank you, Jelena; you're a saint and I'll recommend Beautex to anyone who will listen!
