I booked my appointment 3 weeks ahead and paid a deposit online. I'd had to get my nails done for a wedding tomorrow and had even pushed back the time I was leaving to travel to the hotel to get my nails done here. I turned up 5 minutes early, door was locked, lights were off and I tried calling multiple times and even messaging on Facebook. Eventually I was told they'd had to leave last minute but that they'd sent an email, text and posted something on social so I'd missed it. I checked everything and no messages or comms had gone out. Really disappointed as its now too last minute for me to find somewhere else. I hope they're okay but as a business this is not reliable. Service: Manicure

The service and cleanliness is always impeccable, the girls are friendly and professional and really knowledgeable about skin care, and we always have a good chat. Im so fussy about my brows and waxing and they always do it perfectly. Highly recommend them!
