Poor customer service. I had booked some appointments for some waxing and nails and completely understand they have a 24 hr cancellations policy. However I do believe that some compassion and understanding is warranted for extenuating circumstances beyond my control, such as the weather and icy road conditions. My area was like a skating rink where even the big trucks salting the roads were colliding into cars. The footpaths were also just sheets of ice. This was explained as my reasons for not feeling comfortable making it over to the appointment but I was told it would be in my best interest to show up because I would be charged regardless since staff and other clients were able to make it in just fine. This just didnt feel right in my opinion, I would have thought the safety and well-being of customers would be important to their business. It has been an upsetting experience and I unfortunately will notbereturning.

First time getting a dollhouse facial and I loved it! Kirsty was extremely knowledgable and transparent when discussing my skincare routine and I left with glowing skin. Recommended by a friend and Im so glad it was.
