        Poor service! Called ahead and asked if they would do my little boys haircut and advised them he can get a bit emotional when he first goes on the chair but he calms down and the lady on the phone said it was no problem at all, arrived the next morning and the man who was in the shop said he wasnt doing my sons hair as he cried? I explained the lady on the phone said theyd work around this but he was having none of it. We left feeling so embarrassed, would never use this barber again!
