        Have never had a worse experience with a high street bank branch. Clueless customer service agent acting as a go-between for the manager. Conducting business in the waiting area - disrespectful. Made to wait over 45 minutes for nothing. Can't believe it - I'm a longtime HSBC customer and have now moved my accounts to another bank. No wonder high street banking is dying in the UK.

        I will not recommend this bank for an individual or corporate entity. Customer service lacks professionalism and are incompetent. Felt disappointed both times I tried opening an account in the branch.
