        Got a fuse fitted as my radio and reverse parking sound had stopped working. A young lad came out and sorted it on the spot absolutely brilliant service! Would definitely go again and advise anyone with a small problem like mine to go here too. Cant thank the young lad and the store enough

        Be aware that if you order a number plate from Halfords the email you get says your order is ready for collection when in fact it is not. The email I got was said that the order was ready to collect at 5:49. We arrived at 5:55 to find that they had locked the shop door already. We went in when some folk were coming out of the shop. There was one staff member who was very obliging and got the number plate printed up. Felt sorry for the staff who were looking to close the shop and leave at 6pm. Halfords need to make their emails better and make it obvious that the plate is not printed till they see your documents and also not give you a time for collection that is too near the shop closing time.

        phoned call centre twice to ask about getting brake cable replaced on my daughters bike, so went to bother of going straight from work and got my daughter to cycle there. We went upstairs with the bike, only to be told that it can't be done for over 2 weeks. Shocking service, absolutely raging, wouldnt bother taking ur bike there.

        Very easy to use and great to deal with. Ordering online was so uncomplicated and easy. Advised by text that the item was ready for collection. Went to the store gave the order number and 30 seconds later, item in my hand and I am out the door. Great experience will use again
