Slightly disappointed after picking up my car, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off and they had tore out all my dog padding in the boot for some reason and just left it in a jumbled heap. Leaves a bit of a sour aftertaste following spending over 500 on a service. Probably wont use this place in the future

Came here to solve a battery issue with my spare key. Despite advising the receptionist not to attempt to open my key housing from the key end, she inserted a screwdriver there. Later, I found that this has broken the key blade from the retainer. Despite changing the batteries (purchased later) I now have a broken fob which needs to be replaced. Dissapointed

Poor. Oil service not carried out, as was promised, even though service light had been reset. Alloy wheels refurbished to a very low cost standard, painted rather than powder coating, masking tape still stuck to wheels and centre caps glued in. Car valet was poor, car still dirty at collection. Slap dash service all round. Expected much more. Any issues i highlighted were dealt with, credit to dealership but I shouldn't have to deal with these issues in the first place.

On this occasion, a local garage happy to do very minor repair with Audi parts at 1/3 of price quoted by Audi representative at this branch.
