        Absolutely incredible! Amazing staff, so relaxing and clean! Lovely feel and energy. Felt relaxed as soon as I went in. Amazing treatments also! Fab place and cant recommend enough :)

        I have tried most things to help with my sciatica but nothing helped, it was suggested that I try Bowen treatment. I had 4 sessions and now only need a top up as and when. Last top up I had was 6 months ago. I totally recommend the Urban Hub. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely give Bowen a try, dont expect to understand it as I still dont but all I know , it works .
