Susan at SJC+0 has taken me right from setting up my small business and registering as a sole trader, through to implementing profit first principles, moving to a limited company and becoming VAT registered. I am useless when it comes to accounts and she's been incredible with me - the right amount of hand holding without being patronising, helps wherever I need her to, and is always on hand when I've got a question. I wouldn't be without her - she's central to the success of my business.

I have worked with Susan as my accountant for almost two years and cannot recommend her enough. I have had a few accountants over the years but not like Susan. She is more than accountant, she has a very client focused approach when dealing with you, she displays empathy when you have an issue. A real listener who understands the importance of looking after her clients. She is quite simply an awesome accountant who could double up as a therapist at times. Delighted to be working with her especially during these challenging times where everyone is losing their heads, she provides an air of calm and re assurance.
