Second time in Aberdeen and second time with DTF (Aka the Torture twins) Excellent knowledge on all aspects of fitness, nutrition and well being, they make it fun, varied and make you jump around to Aqua (and Slayer!!) I'll be back for sure.

I never write comments on anything but I wanted to share my experience with LG Fitness so far. Lynne got me up and running after not exercising properly for years. I was concerned it would be too difficult for me after no exercise but Lynne always pitched it perfectly for me. I could feel I had worked out but was able to make it through the full hour, hence enhancing both physical and mental health. Now 3 months on and many lbs lighter I have a new found love for exercise again, plus confidence to exercise in front of others too. Lynne made me feel at ease throughout and provided nutritional tips along the way. I would highly recommend LG Fitness to anyone starting up (as I was), or needing extra guidance and motivation. I am only starting my journey and look forward to seeing where it takes me. Thank you Lynne
