Great location. Went to concert so hotel just opposite. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Only downside was lack of seating particularly at breakfast. Would have liked proper dining table and chairs rather than low small round table. 5 charge for hotel parking. Might benefit from a cold drinks machine for water and soft drinks.

Hotel is of a good standard but was let down by its bar and breakfast service. The staff were doing all they could but appeared disorganised which comes back to management. Being next to the pj they must realise that tory will get a surge after the concert but no way could they handle it. Breakfast was good quality but had to chase for glasses and renewal of hot items again down lack of control by supervisors.i would still recommend it if attending anything at TECA Room superb

Brilliant stay here for an event, clean rooms, great soundproofing, and comfy beds. Biggest issues is the 5 parking charge on top of the room price, something that is not highlighted when booking. Considering where the hotel is situated, there are no other options close by so you're forced to pay it - either include it in the room price or ditch it entirely.
