Friendly Staff welcomed Kyra and were happy to play with her very clean I would recommend if you have to house your pet for a few days

We dropped off our 2 dogs on a Friday at 16:30 and collected them on Sunday at 16:00. When we booked on the phone we were told that we could collect the dogs at 12 on the Sunday but everything was locked up when we arrived so we had to come back later in the afternoon. This added a 40 mile round trip to our day. When we returned we were asked for 63 on top of the 54 deposit already paid. This seemed excessive so we questioned it. We were then told it would be 54. The initial price quoted was 18 per dog, per day. The cost should therefore have been 72. We were charged 108. For a stay of less than 48 hours I consider this excessive and will therefore not use this facility again. SO, JUST RECEIVED A REPSONSE FROM THE OWNER BLAMING ME FOR NOT READING THE SMALL PRINT. I STILL GOT CHARGED 3 DAYS FOR LESS THAN 48 HOURS SO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING HERE OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET A NASTY EXPENSIVE SURPRISE.
