        Very very disappointed, picked this hotel because of the reviews as a weekend away for our anniversary. On arrival given room 10, got to the room and the bed wasn't made up, this showed how discusting the mattress topper was. It looked like someone previous had been incontinent, stain after stain after stain. There was also stains on the mattress, no way in the world me or my wife was sleeping on that. We complained and we're moved to room 9 after we showed the young lady that booked us in how discusting the bed was. Housekeeping definately need retraining if they think that standard of room is acceptable. Definately won't be staying there again.
