When we arrived the dishes were not properly washed. We reported it the next day and was told we should have reported it earlier.Who wants someone to be doing dishes when all you want is a cup of tea. There was no instructions on how to work the microwave or the cooker. I enquired about a refund about the dishes not being clean, to no avail.
