Our Doctors and staff at the surgery are the best of the best. So blessed to have been looked after by Shebburn for 50 years. Cant praise our practice enough

My husband carrys sublingual spray he needs in case he has another heart attack, while on holiday (accidentally). Lost it. Telephoned doctors form holiday park reception. Waited for more than an hour for callback, then decided to drive to surgery instead, where he was rudely told by receptionist on duty that they had tried to call him twice and also holiday park reception twice which I have checked his mobile no missed calls at all. And since he waited in the reception for more than an hour no calls there either. The attitude of receptionist very nearly made my husband walk out without it and the doctor also pointed out that they were not meant to treat patients of the street. He has worked all his life paid his dues, is he just meant to take the risk of not having treatment prescribed and just hope he doesnt have a heart attack while on holiday. We were given spray this time but would never go back to this surgery again. He is seventy three years old and does not deserve to be spoken to in a manner like this.

The whole team, Doctors, receptionists, practice nurse etc They listen to you and hear what you need them to understand. Recomeded whole heartedly. Also it's a walk in the clinics.. no waiting for 4 weeks, just walk in and you will be seen!

I feel so lucky to have a surgery with Doctors who are second to none. They always give plenty of consultation time and their care and support is consistent. The reception staff are always very pleasant and kind.
