What a place! Had a weekend here for a wedding in Kipford. Loved it from the moment we pulled up. Part greeted us with a lovely warm welcome and showed us the ropes. Enquiring about our plans she offered to sort us a table at a local restaurant and taxis there and back as we unpacked. The restaurant was booked up so Pat offered us a lift to the next village which was very kind. Breakfasts were spot on, and the home made buns made for great 11s with a cuppa! Our room was clean and cosy with an ensuite shower room and private lounge to boot! The bed was comfy and I'm sure the linen was made of clouds. The views from the window spread across the countryside where there were 'coo's', pheasants, red squirrels and birds in abundance. A great spot to explore from and with amazing hosts. Highly recommend! Thanks very much Pat and Bill!

Stayed here for business in early 2018. Host really stood out in a positive light. After I said I wasn't eating out due to being tired, she offered to make me a sandwich (with homemade biscuits). Breakfast was top quality, served with more homemade assortment. I even got a sausage sandwich to take to work. The room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. There was a very large ensuite bathroom (i.e. with bath). Would stay again if I'm in the area.
