What a lovely community. Looked at a number of possible homes, and the locals were very accommodating.

This place is quite serene , it seems to get the best of the weather and the people are friendly with a sense of a little community

Very nice place to live

No club house despite advertising stating there is site manager has his head like an ostrich

Great place to live for retired people and great location close to the shops and Durham town centre.

Lovely place however it's a shame that such a large social bar etc is only used once a week.

The people living there are kind and friendly, It's a pleasant and peaceful experience ,clean and well organised .,feels safe .

Wonderful little park in the heart of Saint Ives really should stop in if you're in town great view of the canal and make sure you talk to someone who's boating!
