        During a staycation in Portstewart with my family I made the mistake of forgetting my medication. I called into Boots for an emergency prescription and was absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received from the pharmacist. I was told they were not a charity and that it seems all visitors had forgotten their prescription this week. She also made a comment about me not being local. As a business owner myself, I would be embarrassed and angry if any of my employees spoke to a customer that way, especially in front of other customers like I experienced this morning. Thankfully I found another pharmacist that understood mistakes happen and was very helpful. I didnt expect charity and was more than willing to pay the fee that was charged.

        Claire is one of the nicest and caring Pharmacists I have ever known... No problem too great for her! The whole Staff are polite and friendly and have gone out of their way to help with my wife who is very ill... There is not enough stars on here to give them the rating they deserve!... Thank you Claire and All your Staff...
