great service, rick the owner is very nice and the place was very tidy upon arrival. only downside is there is no wifi in the rooms, only in the kitchen and dining room. overall, great, affordable place. would recommend. update - there is now wifi in the rooms!

The location is fantastic - a two minute walk from the promenade, and just around the corner from the sea wall - a great place to stand and watch the waves crashing. Great street parking nearby, or a car park a few minutes walk away. A super comfy bed! I slept so well both nights. Also an electrical socket beside the bed - bonus points. A big shower with excellent water pressure and temperature. Plenty of storage - a cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and hooks on the wall and door. Friendly host - thanks Rick. My only negative was that the walls are a bit thin - I could overhear conversations in the hall and kitchen.
