Called in for lunch we ordered poached eggs bacon and wheaten bread. Eggs were hard, bacon overdone and wheaten just short of burnt. My husbands was exactly the same. Very disappointed.

What a disappointing visit. No cod or pizza available despite being on the menu. 2 glasses of Coke arrived completely flat. Waited 25 minutes for food when it was quiet. No baby changing facilities available, asked at reception and was told to use the toilets in the hall, mens and womans, no baby changing in the mens. Sanitizer empty at the mens toilets, also empty on the entrance to Leonas, (now located in the bar area of the hotel, very cold and not what you would expect a tea room to look like). Very very expensive. Top hat 2.70??? Food was very poor quality. Frozen chips and goujons from lynas. At the prices they charge this is not acceptable.

I ordered scones to take away, and I can't rate them high enough. Absolutely amazing. Service and staff were fantastic and friendly. If you guys don't win the best scones in Northern Ireland it'll be a robbery. Best of luck!!
