        The delivery man goes on holidays, the WHOLE system falls apart. Got a card to say delivery was being returned to pharmacy ( I wasnt at home for the delivery). I rung the pharmacy and said Im on my way to collect my order, arrived 20 minutes, only to be told medication was out for delivery.6 six hours later, no delivery. So I rung AGAIN, oh your order is here ready for collection. .not impressed , disappointed seems staff cant function to plan for a staff member taking annual leave. Not rocket science.
