I couldn't recommend Bernadine more for reflexology and reiki, it is only in the last few years that I truly have become interested in finding balance in my life and alternative healing methods. Since visiting Bernadine I have felt more at ease with myself and I am able to deal with problems a lot differently than I did before. She is very well versed in what she is talking about and I can't wait for her cabin to open to experience full tranquility.

I had REIKI and Essential chakra balancing done today with Bern. It was very relaxing and a fantastic experience. It literally made me feel like I had a weight lifted off my shoulders! I would highly recommend this experience. Bern, herself, made me feel so at ease. She took the time to walk me through the therapy before, and then following it explained what areas she worked on and some of the improvements I may feel as result. The surroundings were very calm; the candle lit room and aroma of the different oils set the perfect ambience.

Had a great experience with Bernadine, very relaxing reflexology. Found it a great relief for stress, would highly recommend if ever stressed out or anxious give it a go. Extremely knowledgable and puts you at ease.

I had a great experinece at Bernadines, i had several different treatments done. Having sufferd severe allergies and Hayfever, Bern offerd me a treatment of Hopi ear candleing, i have to say this had a great effect and I definitely seen a difference in myself, iv also had reflexology and reiki done and i feel this has definitely helped with lower back, saticia and neck pain. I would highly recommend Bern, she provides such a relaxed environment and you come away feeling great xx
