Went ahead with expensive repairs even though I asked for a heads up before work began. Kept my car for 10 weeks . Kept getting told ready tomorrow. Arrived for eventual pickup with two young children and was told the car is not ready despite being told it was. Was left out of pocket with other travel arrangements with young children whilst these people kept telling me tomorrow (when they did eventually ring me).
Since checked with 3 independent mechanics who all stated that this was a 3 week job. Even on the last actual pickup they had blocked my car in with a broken scrapper and was waiting for them to repair this just so I could get out. Anyone i mentioned Arc to told me their sob stories.
1 week after having the car my dashboard has lit up like Blackpool illuminations and my car is in a worse state than when it went into this awful company.
Honestly this is the worst experience I have ever had from a so called professional company, save the hassle and go somewhere else.
