AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Worst online shopping experience of my life. Ordered an item, but it was delivered to the wrong address twice and I never received it. When I contacted them they ignored my emails, texts and voicemails. First address they delivered to was my old address (that I lived in over a year ago), even though I ordered the item to my new address - obviously a problem with their systems. The item was then 'picked-up' and I gave them a chance to redeliver it (they wanted me to go and try to retrieve it from someone else's house!) When I did not receive the item again sometime later I was then ignored. After some time Brian (the owner) sent me a picture of a parcel sitting outside a house somewhere (not mine). I said that it wasn't my house or any house in my street only to be told to sort it with the delivery company. Brian is refusing to refund me even though they have not delivered the item to me, saying 'you'll get your refund when I get the pump back'. Mistakes can be made but the attitude from Brian (the owner) of ignoring my request for a refund and in fact stating that he wont refund me even though I have never received the item is nothing short of theft. They are unhelpful and have not provided a resolution or refund. #NeverAgain #AwfulService

BEWARE - We ordered some equipment from this business online. They never delivered the equipment to us and have ignored our requests for a refund. So they have KEPT OUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED THE ORDER. Shameful! Having to go through our credit card company to get our money back!

I cant recommend Brian and the team highly enough, from equipment, service, has to be the best window cleaning supplier in Ireland.

Incredible customer service with a personal touch. Teeney and her team facilitated my needs for a late pickup after another company in England let me down. Don't hesitate to buy from sure clean systems they're fantastic to deal with and communication was kept along the way. Anything else I need in future I will be coming here first. Thanks again :)
