        Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service - they never answer the phone, they dont respond to emails and when I called into the shop about my query regarding my stove at home they took my details only to not follow through with getting in contact as they said they would.

        Bought our 2nd stove from the stove yard last year, had a problem with the fire brick cracking after a few months use, even though this part is not under manufacturers warranty the stove yard replaced it for us and even delivered it to the house. Good work guys thanks

        On the 26th December I bought a part from the stove yard stated on the web site in stock. I knew that there my be a delay due to Christmas and New year which i was willing to accept but it now 16th January still no item, sent two email no replies or acknowledgement i am a patient person who runs a business and find the customer service very questionable and to be honest am now wondering if this is a fake site and a scam
