Excellent aftercare and customer service. My mixer tap cartridge needed replacing and after hunting high and low for a suitable tool to remove the brass nut I emailed the technical team for advice. Within 24 hours I'd received a tool to do the job, a new cartridge and a new shroud. Thank you so much Thomas (Technical Support team). The tap looks great and works just fine again

We received excellent aftercare from Patrick and Thomas. They went above and beyond to help and advise us with issues we had with water pressure to our Kyloe pillar tap. The bathroom looks amazing and the Aqualla fittings are superb. Thanks guys.
