Ordered table and chairs told it would take 6-8 weeks 10 weeks later still no sign phoned shop to enquire about my purchase no one would give me an answer when it will arrive we will call you back and never would now I have to wait 4 weeks on a refund MY ADVICE SHOP ELSEWHERE

Absolute gangsters. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been waiting for a refund for my Mum for nearly 2 months now. She ordered a chair before Christmas which was promised in 8 weeks. 10 weeks went by, 12 weeks went by, and they kept promising. We gave them a dead line of another week, and it still hadn't arrived, so we went into the store and cancelled the order. We were promised a refund within 28 days!!! No store does that these days. Of course, no refund arrived within the 28 days. We went to the store and spoke to the manager Robin who promised to prioritise the refund that week. Of course no refund arrived. This morning when I phoned again, Robin, who was really busy with customers until I told them I wouldn't get off the line until I spoke to him, promised to 'look into it'. I've no idea why they're still in business.
