First Choice Upholstery

I left a chair to be covered and was assured numerous times it would be done. That's totally understandable as they are a busy place. They were instructed twice that it had to be a certain thickness of foam and I left another example with them for a reference. They totally disregarded instructions and covered it in a far thicker foam that resulted in the chair not fitting where it needed to go. When I called to explain that it didn't fit I could hear jimmy swearing from a distance about it and as he came on the phone I told him that wasn't very professional and the reply was "you weren't supposed to hear that". I'll not be back and I'll have to go else where to get the job done. 40 down the drain. Very disappointing.
