        My granny lived here for around a year and a half she had damp although she kept it pristine and you would never have guessed there was. When she took Ill with Cancer and wasnt able to walk we were basically bringing her home to die they done nothing to help there are no ramps and how they expect anyone with disabilities to manage I dont know, we carried her up and down the steps but instead of saying how sorry they were that she was ill or dying or apologising for the lack of disabled access they simply said maybe this isnt the right facility for her. She passed away 2 weeks later. They expected us to move a terminally Ill woman mere weeks before he passed away to get out of providing wheelchair access. Pathetic!
