Totally useless.... was at work and was asked for safe place details which I gave... I put it under my archway which was open.... just got a message from them that they couldn't collect it cause nobody was home.. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON!!!! I now have to go through the whole process again as I urgently need this parcel to be delivered.... stay away from this disastrous company.... only gave a 1star because I cant give any less

Would be great if the opening times online matched the post-it notes stuck on the door with haphazard opening times.

Royal Mail has delivered my parcels to the wrong address twice so far. And in both occasions I have not been able to retrieve my parcels. Every time I go to their office, the manager would say they will ask somebody to retrieve my parcel and deliver it to my address but it never happens! Also, those people who receive packages that are not theirs, I hope you have the decency to return it to the rightful owner!

I paid for b4 1pm next day special guarantee for my parcel which contains live fish!!! And they never even bothered so now its gonna be 48 hours and due today fish will probably be dead .anyone with any decent heart would of delivered live stock on right day .I can't even call my local post office to pick up my parcel but been told have to wait until brought to me .disgusting service. Surely knowing its live fish you should get it here ASAP not leave at depot for another day.and top things off its so hard to even speak to anyone. All I wanna do is speak to my local post office on phone but saying number invalid. Have to go through the 03 number from UK mainland. Shocking
